"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Lamba Traders, having its registered address at PLOT NO 66, LAMBA TRADERS -HPCL PETROL PUMP, AMRAVATI ROAD, NAGPUR, Maharashtra 440001.
"User", "Client", "You" refers to any person or entity accessing our website or availing our services.
"Services" means food service contractor activities, institutional food coordination, transport-linked meal services, and any associated support.
2.1 The content on this website is for general informational purposes about Lamba Traders’ service offerings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part without prior notice.
2.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material (text, images, branding) is prohibited unless with written consent from Lamba Traders.
2.3 While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. You rely on it at your own risk.
3.1 Any formal agreement for food service contracting shall be governed by separate service contracts or work orders that define scope, pricing, duration, and obligations. These Terms apply in conjunction with such specific agreements.
3.2 For institutional, transport, or corporate clients, a written proposal or email confirmation shall serve as binding terms for the particular engagement unless superseded by a signed contract.
3.3 Lamba Traders reserves the right to accept or decline any service request based on operational capacity, compliance, and suitability.
4.1 Pricing for services will be communicated via quotation or agreement. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Invoices are payable within the period mentioned in the invoice (typically 7–15 days unless contract specifies otherwise). Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or as permissible under law.
4.3 Any applicable taxes (GST, etc.) will be added as per Indian tax regulations. Our GSTIN: 27AAHFL1664N1ZV.
5.1 For scheduled food service contracts, cancellation must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges for prepared supplies.
5.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. No refunds for services already rendered or supplies already purchased on client's behalf.
5.3 In case of service dissatisfaction, the client agrees to communicate promptly to allow rectification. Disputes will be resolved amicably as per the Dispute Resolution clause.
You agree to provide accurate information regarding service requirements, site access, and any special dietary or logistical needs. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations at your premises. Lamba Traders is not liable for third-party premises issues (e.g., power failure, kitchen infrastructure).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamba Traders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, pandemics, transport strikes). Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service order during the prior 3 months.
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental restrictions, labor strikes, fires, floods, or pandemics. In such events, service suspension will be communicated, and proportional adjustments will be made fairly.
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the website (including “LAMBA TRADERS”) are the property of the Company. You may not use any branding without prior written permission. Any unauthorized usage may lead to legal action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations before initiating formal proceedings.
Lamba Traders reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
